At BEST Courier it is not about "us". In fact, it's real simple to us... "It is all about you". It's your company's objectives that we strive to exceed. It's servicing your customer so that they are delighted with your level of customer service. It's about making your job easier. We are not just a courier service. BEST is your personal delivery consultant; we are a facilitator in providing you with delivery solutions. Even if we do not provide the appropriate means, we can direct you to the right resource to meet your objectives. Thank you for your patronage, and as they say, "here's the rest of the story."BEST Courier, Inc. was founded in 1987 in Grandview, Ohio. In 1989, Joe and Jerry Eckart purchased BEST Courier, which had 6 drivers. Of the original drivers, 3 are still with the company. Currently, BEST has over 60 uniformed contactors providing a variety of services. Our growth in volume and services has developed over the years through the hard work and dedication of many people. Joe has acquired over 23 years of experience in the courier industry. He has developed and brought many ideas to the Columbus Market that are now considered common practices, such as zip code pricing and delay service. Joe's motto "you're only as good as your last delivery" still rings clear in the office. When the office rumps up on Fridays, you can still see driver "00" out making deliveries.

Jerry has been with BEST since the purchase in 1989. He is in charge of the financial aspects of the business. Like all the other managers, when called to, he still makes deliveries.
